1. Check-in in NEST Guesthouse***  is done starting at 14:30 and check-out is done until 11:00.

During the stay, access will be based on the access code ONLY on the main door.

Coffee preparations, teas and cookies are available free of charge

with self-service from the COFFEE ZONE  throughout the stay!

2. Breakfast will be served between 07:30 and 10:00,
3. COFFEE ZONE PROGRAM: NON-STOP.
4. RECEPTION SCHEDULE: 09:00 – 22:30.

5. Access to the hotel premises with pets is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. 
6. SMOKING outside specially arranged areas (THE HOTEL TERRACE) is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. 
7. SMOKING is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the accommodation rooms, as well as inside the property. 

8. The access of children under 12 years to the BREAKFAST ROOM is allowed only in the presence of an adult.
9. Accommodation for children under 7 is free if they use existing beds.

Children over 2 years old who use individual beds will be charged as adults.

10. The customer is responsible for verifying the information entered in the invoice

so that there are no inconsistencies related to the requested services.
11. Nudism or any form of exhibitionism is not allowed within the hotel.
12. Damage by a guest to any inventory item of Nest Guesthouse***,

incurs his material liability regarding the full payment of the damages caused.

13. Quiet and rest hours after 10:00 p.m. will be STRICTLY observed. 
14. The entire property is under video surveillance.
